  • We sell thrift and pre-loved jerseys, handpicked with care and quality-checked.

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be cancelled without notice.

  • Custom-printed jerseys (e.g., with name or number) cannot be cancelled, returned, or modified once confirmed.

2. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control.

3. 🚫 Return & Refund Policy

We follow a strict no return or refund policy except in the following case:

  • The product is damaged or incorrect

  • You provide a clear, unedited unboxing video

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Size issues are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please check the size chart before placing your order.

  • We sell thrift/pre-owned jerseys only.

  • If any brand name or logo appears, it is purely unintentional and part of the thrifted product.

  • We do not claim ownership of any brands shown.

  • If any brand owner wishes to report an issue, please email us at jerseykadaonline@gmail.com and we will remove the product immediately.

  • Your data will be used only for order processing and communication.

  • We do not share or sell customer information to any third party.

7. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

  • All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Perinthalmanna Court, Kerala, India.
