Remote areas or delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues may extend the delivery time.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete information.

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we will provide proof of dispatch and tracking link.
That marks the end of our responsibility, and any issues post-dispatch must be handled directly with the courier.
